Of course, we are available 24 hours a day for emergency care. About fees and payments. We make every effort to make dental care affordable. You can help us by paying at the time of your visit. You will be given an estimate of the approximate total fee at the beginning of treatment and asked to make definite financial arrangements with a member of our business office staff. Insurance Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but very rarely all, of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include co-payment, a deductible and other expenses which must be paid by the patient. If you have dental insurance, please bring your plan information with you at your first appointment. We will work with you to assure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled. All you need to do is ask. We want you to always feel good about our office, our staff and your professional care.
