I wanted to express my thanks and pay tribute to Azadeh S. Azad, RDH. Since I began coming to your office as a patient, with each visit I have received the highest level of care from Ms. Asad. She always Demonstrates the highest level professional demeanor and I am treated at all times with the greatest of respect and kindness.

Because I suffer from two chronic diseases (Systemic Lupus and Scleroderma), my dental hygiene is extremely important, and Ms. Azad makes sure that I am fully instructed in proper dental care and how to watch out for any problems which could occur as a result of my health concerns. And I greatly appreciate her efforts. She is the exact type of health care provider a patient wishes for.

I would like to commend Dr Torosian for his professional mannerism and most pleasant attitude.  I have always been afraid right before my appointment in anticipation of the pain.  With Dr T, I have never had pain and he makes me laugh and feel so comfortable, I forget all about the pain.  The staff is wonderful and a friendly environment.  I would highly recommend my family and friends.

I recently had an exam and cleaning appointment at your periodontal office. I was served by Azadeh.  I was helped to feel very comfortable during this encounter.  Ms. Azad was Welcoming, professional, and friendly.  She examined my mouth carefully and as she worked, let me know it was clear that I was keeping my mouth really healthy.  This praise was important for me to hear and it encourages me to continue good dental self-care.  Working with Ms Azad was a good experience.

Well, I’ve been coming here for a while and I think the doc is an excellent Dr.  I think he’s considerate and attentive to his patients and he makes sure with his assistants that you are comfortable and they always make me laugh.

I recently had 2 implants done by Dr Gian-Grasso and could not be happier with the whole experience.  I put this surgery off for 11 months due to my fear of having it done and it was not necessary.  I had some discomfort (strongest word I can use) only, after the surgery

In my honest opinion from what I have seen and heard from my doc (Dr Torosian), I think he is the best dentist that I have been to, to date.  I’ve been to a few over the years and so far he’s been the best.  Reason being, to me is he’s communicative to his patients about what’s going on and what you can and cannot do and very friendly about it; which makes me have trust and confidence in him.  I feel comfortable in his presence and I feel the exact same way about Melice, his assistant.  She always makes me feel warm and welcome and gives me very good service everytime I come.

I had a bad experience in another office with the same issue of bacteria that I am experiencing now.  The other office did not explain in very good detail what my next steps were (my options) and what I could expect.  The scaling procedure was painful and very uncomforting.  The doctor wanted to perform a procedure not necessary for the treatment of my bacteria.

This office was a complete opposite.  I was well informed financially and about what would happen during my visits.  The doctors were very comforting and answered all questions and genuinely cared about helping me resolve my issue.

Dr G is extremely “superb” in his technique, competence, and just as much in his ability as a doctor to create confidence and caring.

I have been attending this dental office for approximately three years or so.  When I began services here, I did not completely understand the severity of my oral health.  Like many patients, I was initially reluctant to undergo the necessary procedures to rectify my issues.

Via the professionalism, patience, and education I received at this office, I felt so comfortable and informed about the procedures I would require.  Ever since the completion of the first procedure, I knew that I was at the best dentist office any patient could ask for.  Several years later, I continue to have my dental needs addressed by the kindest, most professional, and qualified staff anywhere.  I highly recommend this office, and the staff here.

Although I abhor invasive procedures, Dr Fuji’s prep time with me, explaining what I was to expect and the time it would take, allowed me to feel at ease.  His professional touch just enhanced my experience of “it really wasn’t as bad as I thought”.  Dr Fuji is alright with me.

As for my hygienist, Shelly, I couldn’t ask for nor would I expect a more personable and professional individual to have worked on my mouth.  She reminds me of a down to earth, make yourself at home, kind of gal, that eases her professionality on you.  She makes my stay an enjoyable one.

The front desk staff always has a smile and congenial attitude coming and going. 

I would highly recommend the office of Drs Gian-Grasso, Fuji, and Walker to anyone.
